Our mission statement
Wundarra Services aims to provide the highest quality care and support, to children and young people regardless of race, gender, religion or cultural background, in a personalised residential setting.
We offer residential care and support to all children and young people aged between 12 to 18 years, who are unable to live with their families or significant others and who require intensive support services.
All staff at Wundarra Services is committed to achieving the best outcomes for children and young people along with their family and significant people in their lives.
Wundarra Services offers a safe and nurturing environment for all children and young people referred to our service with a team of committed staff. We achieve this through our values, beliefs and principles as outlined by our Philosophy of Care, which provides direction and focus to all staff and management in achieving goals and a common basis for all work practices, policy development and decision making.
Our values
Wundarra Services staff are trained in the importance of commitment to a ‘common values framework’ or ‘Philosophy of Care’. Wundarra Services is committed to the objects and principles outlined in the Children and Young Person (Care and Protection) Act 1998.
